The Baviarian-style town of Leavenworth is worth seeing. A great place to take visitors from out of the area.

We love walking through the park, also along the river and other places in Leavenworth; there's always something interesting to see.

Many commercial establishments, wonderful places to eat, wine tasting, cheese tasting, local artists’ performances. Can’t ask for more. There’s something for everyone.

If you want to see beautiful lights during the Holidays this is the place to be. And the best part is that they leave the lights until Valentine's Day! We usually visit in late January or beginning of February and is not too crowded.. park...More

We stopped here for a visit last December and were so impressed by the Christmas lights display and the overall ambiance of this park. It is the main meeting place in Leavenworth so is always a bustle of activity. I had visited Leavenworth a few...More

Nothing could possibly get you more into the holiday spirit than a trip to Leavenworth to see the lights. So beautiful and abundant, the lights are worth the trip alone. Great shops and sites too. Highly recommend!

Visiting Leavenworth a week before Christmas and it was very crowded village with Christmas lighting at the village center. We're so lucky to get white Christmas since there was heavy snow one day before we arrived there; thus all Leavenworth was covered with white powder...More

It is just a square in the village. Packed full of people so tightly you can barely move. The shops in the area are lined up 20minutes deep and seating is a restaurant takes 3 hours. There are 20 or 30 porta-potties lined up across...More

So glad we made the trip. What a beautiful town to visit in the winter. Kids loved the lights and sledding in the town square. Tons of great shops and restaurants on front street.

I am very sorry to say, that our family has only been there during the summer months on our visits. I would suggest contacting the local chamber of commerce, or calling a local hotel and asking them your question.
