As a collateral descendant of a member of the Lewis and Clark expedition I really enjoyed the Interpretative Center. Hadn't been there for years and it had really expanded.

We stopped on a miserable, rainy, windy day. Pretty steep, but paved, path up to the visitor center. Nice maritime/Lewis & Clark museum. Great views of the Columbia river and lighthouse. We did not walk to the lighthouse due to the weather. It is a...More

Absolutely breathtaking views along the train. The lighthouse was not behind barriers, so a good photo was possible. Downside: the parking lot map of the trail leads you to believe the distance is the same as the path for North Lighthouse. It is much longer,...More

This is a beautiful campground with lots to see within a resonable walking distance from the camping areas. The beaches are typical rustic Pacific NW and there are two lighthouses you can visit.

If you just show up you might be disappointed with the site you get but if you book early the sites are large with lots of trees steps from the beach. The beaches are lovely, sunsets are spectacular and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center...More

Came to see the lighthouse-easy hike and great view of the entrance to the Columbia River. It was a calm day but this can be a treacherous place for ships due to moving sandbar and the currents. This is called the "Graveyard of the Pacific"...More

I went there on a free day but some of the parks don’t charge you if you are Handicapped and some do sorry I really wasn’t paying attention to that when I went there but it is a beautiful place to hike and visit
