If you ask the kids, they loved it... but for us adults it was loud, had long lines and was rather exhausting to spend the entire day indoors smelling pool water.

Took the family here for a in town vacation. Love coming here in December to enjoy the water-slides while it's so cold outside. Make sure you play the fun wizard game they have throughout the hotel. The kids love it.

This place is great! Indoors so it doesn't matter what the weather outside is like. So many things to do other than the water park. I would say to stay 2 nights if you can afford it to do all the other activities they offer. The rooms are nice and give you plenty of toiletries for your stay. The restaurants... More

It was really fun, but some of the things were really overpriced. The water park was amazing! But the lines for the howling tornado were really long. If you have a smaller kid. Take them to river canyon run. Its exiting for a small child, yet fun for a older child. If you have a tween, take them to the... More

I rated it excellent because of all of the negative comments which I found to be out of line with our experience. Every employee we talked to or walked by was very friendly and helpful when needed. Yes there are long lines but they are doing a good job given the complexities of the operation. The food was good, but... More

I'd never been swimming in an indoor pool when the outdoors temps were in the mid-30s, so as a 70-year-old grandma who has trouble dipping in a toe when the water temperature is below 80 degrees, I didn't know what to expect from Great Wolf Lodge. Turns out the resort has it pretty much figured out, from the room key... More

Review of just the Waterpark: The waterpark was a lot of fun, especially for our kids who had never been to a waterpark before. The kids loved the slides and wave pool the most (kids were ages 5-11), tons of life jackets available for those that aren't strong swimmers. A 24 hour stay was plenty for us as we did... More

A great family visit with kids and grandkids for Thanksgiving. The breakfast buffet is quite good with a large selection including pizza! The Thanksgiving buffet as excellent with a huge variety of food from the traditional to seafood to sushi. Our Grizzly Bear suite was spacious and super clean with two bedrooms and 2 baths. This place is 100% about... More

No customer service, unruly kids with no supervision. Very outdated and dirty rooms, very expensive would never go back.

This place seems wildly popular with families having young children. Conveniently located off I-5. Lots of various activities and I particularly appreciated the giant fireplace with checkerboards as well as the panoramic viewing area of the water world. There are several eateries within the lodge but all overpriced and unimaginative menus. I noticed most families - whether lodging overnight or... More
