LOL. This was an excellent hike, but being someone who hasn't been hiking much, or exercising much, I was sure feeling this and had to stop several times. BUT, with that said, it is so worth it, and hey I got my exercise. The trail is actually a beautifully maintained trail and "easy" in the sense that there aren't very... More

We've done this hike several times, and it's neither too strenuous nor too short. And it's wonderful on one of those no wind days to keep you cool, yet know you've done something good for your body! You travel through some beautiful old growth trees with the creek along side of you some of the way. It's really just a... More

This hike is in the Gifford Pinchon National Forest and is remote and out there. The drive to the hike is beautiful. No cell phone service, so get your directions & hiking map before. Not crowded at all and a fairly easy hike with beautiful falls. Not many people there when we traveled which made it more special. Didn't require... More

We headed up to the falls after finding it on TRIPADVISOR! Who knew? We hike all over the gorge and never have seen or read about this gem until now. What a great hike. If you used the map here on TripAdvisor, it takes you to a pullout on the side of the road. We headed a little farther east... More

Hiked this trail yesterday- spectacular. A relatively easy hike- two miles in, much of it a gentle uphill grade- that follows a beautiful river accented with boulders, fallen trees and mossy banks. Old growth forest, ferns, moss, serenading birds...ahhhhh...and a huge payoff at the end. You will hear the roar before you see this triple waterfall, feel the mist on... More

The trail is fairly easy. Getting there is a drive, but well worth it. I have been several times and enjoyed every visit/hike. Dogs love it too, but it's a must to have a leash at the falls. Steep cliffs.

1/4 mile path to falls is paved and rated handicap accessible. Beautiful falls, 100+ feet tall, water gushing through immense boulders. As seniors with walking challenges, we so appreciated bring able to see the falls.

A very nice hike especially early afternoon on a late September day. Loads of people may be one is set for folks plus the many dogs today, but we so enjoy this hike. It's an easy steady climb and the end of the hike 3 waterfalls so lovely.
