We went first to visit the museum and later had our child attend one of their robotics workshops. A great place to learn. Very nice teacher and people. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, a gem hidden in the town. You can learn so much about the history of electricity and see the real stuffs as the developments advance. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Jim is the volunteer we met. He is so knowledgeable and helpful...More

This museum is rich in history and full of electrical inventions of all types - radios, telephones, light bulbs, batteries, static electricity and so much more. I went with my 78-year-old dad and he saw so many things there from his youth. He loved it!...More

Great collections of electric gadgets and hands on displays. Knowledge of electricity and its power and uses from its discovery to current day usage. Great for all ages children to seniors. Really worth the visit

This place is a favorite where we take out-of-town guests. If you have kids, you may need to explain what a "radio" is as there are many old-time radios! Lots of fun displays and scheduled kids activities involving electricity and sparks. I love the staff...More

This museum is a fascinating step back in time to the roots of electricity, radio, and telephone. Volunteers are on hand to explain and entertain if you want; there are enough hands on exhibits, live demonstrations, and movie clips to satisfy any age.

What a jewel of a museum. My teenage daughters loved the exhibits and the docents in the musuem were extremely helpful and very passionate about the equipment.
