The trail has some elevation gain/loss, but not much compared to something like Church Mountain further down the Baker Highway. Beautiful vistas are your reward!

I can only suggest like anywhere, best to be with a pal when going hiking for several reasons ... one being safety in numbers ! common sense is best !
