I've come here twice and walked the paths. It is a pretty nice park and it seems either well maintained or it's fairly new. I'm sure I haven't really explored everything as I certainly haven't been kayaking (or seen anyone do it) but I loved...More

This is a wonderful park with extensive walking trails, which are well maintained. There is an accessible blue berry park near by and you can boat/canoe in parts of the slough.

A couple of different loop paths make for peaceful walking by big trees, streams, sucks, and ruins of old buildings. You can check out the u-pick blueberries, and the on-site fresh produce stand is a must-do during the summer months.

Canoe's can either be rented in the adjacent visitor's center, or bring your own. Be prepared to see lots of wild birds, and possibly you will be lucky to see snakes, and other wild life. At the south end there are blue berries to pick...More
