Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This quant winery provides an escape from the city.
We drank our wine outside at a darling picnic area.
We purchase cheese, crackers & salami right there.
It was a great experience.
Very friendly staff.

The girls that work here were just lovely. We appreciated our wine tasting ($10 for four wines). The property is beautiful. Such a perfect getaway, with horses on the property, along with the vines that produce the wines you're tasting along the way. Stunning! Great little escape that is perfect for couples or a group of friends. We loved our visit!

The wine tasting was delicious, our tour guide Elise was so nice and we learned a lot about the vineyard’s history and the family that once owned it! We sat and had Rose on the vineyard’s patio and it was so serene! The horses on the vineyard are breathtakingly beautiful. I will be back again with the hubby! And the merchandise is cute as well I bought a long sleeve shirt but they also have hats and hoodies!

I am very glad this winery reopened and with a friendly eco conscious owner who keeps the spirit and tradition of the earlier owners. This farm was bought from the original Japanese - American owner, an American citizen who managed to keep it through his mistreatment in WW2 by the US govt. He farmed it and more recently agreed to sell some of the land if it is kept as a farm. You are right on the farmland when visiting this charming little place. The wines are all made from grapes grown on the island, so don't expect big California reds. The strength here is a selection of light, mostly white German style wines that suit very well on the deck on a spring or summer day, (Madeleine Angevine, Siegerrebe, a nice light blend called "Ferryboat white", plus some pinot noirs and raspberry wine....) but we have gotten used to them year round as well. If you buy 2 cases you are a "case club" member and receive uniform 20% discounts for the rest of the year, a deal that beats most available elsewhere. Tastings are inexpensive and complimentary with a small purchase of wine. Once we even were treated to accompanying bruschetta with local tomatoes, wow! that was good. Very nice people. NOTICE: only open saturdays and sundays 12-5pm.

These ladies rock! Whether they are working hard in the field, checking the wine tanks or providing an excellent tasting experience. They offer the whole package, and you will not be disappointed. Newly revamped they are well worth the trip.

Locally grown grapes - right there on the island -$5 for a tasting of 4..... but fee waived with two bottle purchase. The staff is extremely knowable - about the wine, what to pair it with and the island itself. Great time!

We were welcomed immediately upon entering the tasting room. The girl behind the counter was educated and informed about the wines. We found the wines to be less than complex and fruity. They do grow all the fruit for their wines. A tasting of 5 wines is $5. They have a nice small seating area outside.

We went to this economy farm. There is no where to walk or to sip outside. The tasting is 5.00 each. If you buy 2 bottles of wine the tasting is free. Purchased our tasting then wine. Went down the road and remembered we were charged full price for tastings and wine. Upon our return we got our money back but the proprietor admitted this always happens.

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks so much for stopping by. We are sorry to hear that you were accidentally charged for the tasting, and I'm glad you were able to take the time to be refunded. Apologies for the inconvenience!
Just wanted to mention that we will be hosting vineyard tours beginning in May for the summer season, so that customers will have a chance to walk around and view the vineyards. Because we are on a working farm and sharing property with other farm operations, touring is otherwise limited to the picnic area nearby the winery our of respect for our neighbors.
In response to the seating arrangements, we do have outdoor patio furniture where folks are welcome to make themselves comfortable. In the warmer months we put out umbrellas and additional furniture when the weather is more suitable for being outdoors.
Thanks so much for your visit and your support!

Visited here during a women's wine weekend. Reservations were easy to make and service was great. We loved the ambiance of the outside patio and enjoyed our time tasting wines.
