My brother who lives in the area is a huge movie fan. He likes to bring my mom who is 93 to the movies because she can sit in a handicap spot and have lunch and her favorite root beer float. I'm not sure about some of the movies he takes her to but she seems to enjoy herself because... More

My wife and I recently went to the Winchester, VA Alamo Drafthouse Cinema to see a first run movie. They have several theaters in the movie house that show both first run films and classics. The seats are comfortable, the quality of the theater was more than adequate, and the food offerings were great! There were even alcoholic beverages available... More

Reserved seating on a rainy Tuesday afternoon .. why? Other than being confused about how it works no one to explain it to me . Just plain out not necessary . Maybe I'm just old fashioned .or maybe I dont have the time on my hands to memorize the movie theater map ..Not For Me

Great place to watch movies. Comfortable, quiet and good service. Nice to be able to have a glass of wine with friends before the movie and during. Or food if you're hungry.

Went for a movie and popcorn but had a pizza, popcorn and a movie! Pepperoni pizza is very good. Popcorn not as buttery or as salty as I would have liked but okay. No question about my odd concoction of a drink.

The Alamo is part of our regular outings for my husband and I. We come here to watch new movies and also participate in their movie parties. Food menu is great and beer selection is good too! Buffalo Chicken Wrap is a favorite. The Alamo is also easy to work with if you are trying to plan a private event... More

Not many Alamo's around the country but they are great when you find one. The food is very good and is served to you at your table and seat in the theater while you watch your film. They tend to favor reserved seating so be advised.

This was our first time visiting Alamo. Very neat idea of watching a movie while eating dinner. The movie tickets are very reasonable priced, but the food is a bit pricey. Food wasn't bad but nothing to brag about. The staff was friendly and efficient.

We had traveled to Virginia to see my sister and her husband. Today the temperature outside was 98 degrees with a high humidity. Rather than tubing the river, we opted for something inside a cool place. We decided to take in a show - to my surprise I was highly impressed with the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. I am from the...
