I went there looking for pottery but there was minimal. It was store after store of kitchenware, gardening supplies etc. It has all kinds of inexpensive gimmick merchandise

I've been coming to the Williamsburg Pottery for over 30 years - It's not the old Pottery but it's a pretty cool place to shop - nice buildings / clean / air conditioned!! I got a great deal on spices / kitchen gadgets / baskets...More

No, the "new" pottery isn't like the old one. My husband and I walked through all three buildings and found some good deals. They were offering first responders a discount for a limited time and we really appreciated that, it was a nice surprise. Even...More

We really appreciate you taking the time to give us a review. I'd like to know what is the "charm" that we have lost? I see a lot of people use words that are subjective yet no one gives any concrete ideas on how to...More

Don't bother visiting. We went to the food and wine side and there was no organization. It was a very strange setup. I don't recommend this.

How was it that our wine and food section has no organization? How can we make it better? Are we moving around items too much that makes it hard to find things?

I see that the VP of Marketing reads these reviews and responds when it's appropriate. That's very much appreciated. Of course I miss the "old" Pottery as much as everyone else, but I understand that the upkeep on the old buildings was impossible. The new...More

What can I say — I STILL miss the old Pottery. The new, improved Pottery has all of ingredients for a good shopping experience — plenty of variety, something for every budget, wine and specialty foods, florals and frames, home goods and a great garden...More

We here at the Williamsburg Pottery hear this a lot! What was it that made it so special? Was it the flea market atmosphere? We are always looking at ways to improve upon our shoppers experience. Do you have any specific things you think we...More

Have not been here in years. Got here and NOTHING was the same as before. So looked forward to the old place. The new place may be nice but it is nothing like it used to be. The fun is gone. The stuff is gone....More

I remember the old Williamsburg Pottery factory, a trip to Historical Williamsburg was not complete until we made the rounds through the maze of all kinds of pottery etc. The place we went yesterday does not in any way resemble what we came to know...More
