If you can't climb, pick the other offer, not Blackbeard's side. The history told on placards helps kill some time. Last time here, we got rained out.

Having two courses is a plus for this pirate themed miniature golf adventure. We played the more difficult course. Most holes are straight forward with few obstacles. The greens were well kept and clean. When in the area we will return to Pirate's Cove.

Great place for an afternoon of mini golf. We travel over an hour to get to this location. But it is worth the trip. Was very busy the day we went had to wait for groups a head of us but really didn't take much longer than normal. Look forward to going back in June.

My family of five enjoyed this mini golf course. Not too challenging for our 8 year old, yet cool and interesting enough for he rest of the family.

I'm a golfer loved the difficulty of Blackbeards challenge course. Nice clean well designed Putt,Putt. Actually have a cool resemblance of Blackbeard in a mock rock cage awesome. Loved the scenery. Would come back again. Pretty good course has easier course for those that need easy. Great family course.

We had our choice of two courses, a simple & a more challenging, we chose the more challenging. We were happy with our choice. Despite the fact that play is for fun we still keep score & take pleasure or displeasure with those scores. Gloating by the winner is kept to a minimum.

Been to Yorktown, Jamestown, and Newport News...historied out for the moment and wanted to do something different. What better way than a game of miniature golf. Pirates cove had a lot of advertisement so we decided to give it a try. It was clean and lots of fun! Very well laid out! We did get there just as it opened... More

Pirate's Cove is located close to William & Mary's campus. We have played both courses, but find Blackbeard's course to be more challenging. Great landscape, keeping the pirate theme throughout each hole, as the placards to each hole offer some interesting pirate history to the neighboring state of North Carolina. The courses are surrounded by koi fish too. There are... More

Interesting mini-golf and as crazy as it sounds, some challenging holes. We got there right as it opened, and played a fast round, which worked well with our schedule. Feel it is a bit pricey, however - golf for 1 child and 1 adult was over $18.
