Our 1 1/2-hour Ghostly Tales tour takes you through Williamsburg's historic area in the evening. You will be introduced to the historic importance of each site visited, you will hear of the local ghostly legends that surround them, and of recent encounters with the spirits that reside there. Our Walk About History tour is a 1 1/2-hour introduction to the history of Williamsburg - its historical importance, development in the 18th century, glimpses into daily life of colonial inhabitants, and modern restoration. Our African American History Tour is specific to the Black experience in Williamsburg and lasts 1 1/2 hours. ALL TOURS ARE OUTDOOR WALKING TOURS. WE DO NOT GO INSIDE THE BUILDINGS. An excellent choice if you have limited time to visit Williamsburg, or are looking for an in-depth orientation before touring the town on your own.

Our tour was amazing! Trisha was our guide and she was informative and engaging. My 13yr old who usually hates any activity remotely associated with learning while in vacation enjoyed the tour! I would have given 5 stars if a bottle of water had been...More

We decided on this company for an evening Williamsburg Ghost Walk based on other Trip Advisor reviews. The walk was very educational and entertaining. I appreciated that there were only six people in our group compared to the couple dozen we saw in the "official"...More

Thank you for your review. Our tours are small by design -- never more than 25 people -- so that everyone can hear and interact with the guide. Glad you appreciated the format, and that you had a good time.

We did the Ghostly Tales walking tour in Williamsburg and had a really good time. The tour isn't a truly scary one, but involves telling the history of the town with ghostly tales mixed in; a nurse who died and keeps watch in a home,...More

Thank you for your review. I'm not sure which guide you are talking about, but it would not be Trish. Trish has been with the company for six years, does constant research, is an experienced speaker and is our number-one guide. (See all of her...More

Thank you for your review. Yes, it's summer and it's hot. Our tours are advertised as "Outdoor Walking Tours." On our confirmation that is emailed to our customers this is mentioned, and also mentioned is our rain policy. The shame of your review is that...More

While our nine year old granddaughter came away from the tour appropriately "creeped out," the tour for us was far from the excellent ratings of most of your tours. We regularly rely on Trip Advisor so we chose this tour despite it's higher cost. Our...More

90 minutes of very interesting info. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We had our kids, 8 and12, and they were interested in a hot day. Great for families.

We had a great walking tour with Trish today. I was a bit worried about the heat...it was about a billion degrees out today, but I shouldn't have worried. She had the route planned perfectly so we wouldn't be standing in the sun. Lots of...More

Where Virginia history is concerned, this tour is definitely "the rest of the story." And stories they are. Oral history is often lost, and our purpose is to keep it alive. Glad you enjoyed the tour. -- David

Word-of-mouth is the most gratifying recommendation we could hope for. Our history research is as accurate as we can make it, and we appreciate hearing how well accepted it has become. Thank you.

There are several paid lots nearby. We parked at the Visitor's Center which was free. It was a little farther away and made for a good walk, but certainly not horrible. Just make sure to allow yourself plenty of extra... More

Although fares to Colonial Williamsburg are sold - there is no fee to enter and shop and explore. Certainly, no entrance ticket is necessary to do the one day tour.
