Haven't really used the centre facilities but have done surrounding walks many times. The current tree sculptures are brilliant and the route at just over 1mile is incredibly family friendly. The whole derwent walk route is lovely. Something for everyone and most abilities.

We came as a family during the crazy snow we had. It’s a lovely walk around the woods. Very accessible for push chairs due to most of it being decking sort of flooring. Nice little cafe in car park as well.

I would have given this 5 stars as the woods are beautiful but the parking is utterly rubbish, and doesn't even really deserve a 3, we have problems with parking every time we come here and it's even worse in the school holidays. We had...More

If you go here at the weekend it will be very busy. I tend to go during the week. Just off the Derwent Walk it is a great place to clear your head on a busy day..

Absolutely. A good surface and no very steep gradients, I see toddlers there frequently - pushchairs too.
