Pinnacle Desert Sunset and Night-time Stargazing Tour from Perth

11 reviews
Watch as the sun sets over the Pinnacle Dessert revealing bright stars blanketing the night sky during this full-day guided tour that includes dinner. Visit Yanchep National Park where you’ll see kangaroos and koalas on route to the limestone formations dotting the Pinnacle Dessert landscape. See the sunset over the Indian Ocean before dinner and then retreat back into the dessert to explore under the starry sky.

Stunning area with a nice beach stretching to the distance, some lovely vegetation with plenty of colourful blooms. Didn't see any local animals, only birdlife sighted were gulls. Great facilities with Information Board, covered areas for the gas BBQs and picnic tables, toilets and interesting walk trails.

If you are leaving the Pinnacles then Hangover Bay is basically right across the road so make sure you stop.Accessible by 2 wheel drive and has a picnic, bbq and toilet area.We went along the beach and got bogged but got ourselves out.The stretch along the beach is tide dependent so be aware before you go speeding off.Beach was beautiful and clean but very windy.Lovely spot to visit

Beautiful white sand beach, blue water. Even if close to Indian Ocean drive it seems a hidden gem (at least in the Monday we visited, when no one else was there).

Small beach and it was very windy the day we were there -- so we didn't enjoy sitting on the beach or going in the water but loved watching the windsurfers!
