This is on private property but has public access. It was absolutely amazing to read the story of this family and view the mausoleum, The roads around lined with palm trees are just beautiful. Well worth the stop

Built in the village of Seppleafield and lined with high palm trees it is a very different attraction. It has an ascending ramp going up to it at about 40° incline and is very long. Enough to give the average non athletic person a heart...More

Got some good pics from the top, but very steep climb. Wouldn’t have wanted to be part of the crew bringing coffins up there! Phew. Lots of history though.

Walked up to the mausoleum, the views are stunning, sadly someone has written on the back of the mausoleum. People need to show some respect.

The mausoleum is perched on top of a hill. There’s an open area just opposite the path leading up where we can parked our car. A steep slope without rail leads to a short flight of steps at the top. The slope is abit too...More

We look at it from the road, and it is an impressive mausoleum. There are many steps if you want to go to up.

My friend stopped here to show me the Mausoleum. It is a steep climb but worth it as you have a beautiful view all round the Barossa countryside. Take some water up with you.

Sorry, cannot recall exactly. Have checked some photos but difficult to ID. Glossy green leaf could be Escallonia, which is reasonably slow growing, doubt if box as too slow or privet too fast. Maybe send a ? to Seppelts
