Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely loved popping in to Greenock Creek Cellar Door.
A cosy, warm relaxed environment with a vivacious & interesting host.
Beautiful wines … especially compared to some of the ‘big players’ in the Barossa region.
For an authentic, unpretentious & warm experience, with nice wines I would highly recommend Greenock Creek Wines.

We found them purely by chance and stopped in, and am sooo glad that we did, the service was amazing, such a pretty place nestled next door to the gin distillery, some great reds, Apricot Block was my fav, and had to take a few with us, would definitely recommend a visit!

Wonderful welcoming service & wines but only ok cellar. Some delicious reds and quite interesting hostess. A great stop that’s a little off the path.

Wonderful tasting, very big reds that rocked our world! Ordered lots. The apricot and Alice were favourites.
Winery has just changed hands so will be interesting to see how the wines change in a few years with new influences.

Having been to a number of vineyards in the Barossa, I would suggest if you like Shiraz to try these guys. They have a few aged Shiraz which really shine. The Casey’s Block was my favorite, be sure to say hi to Debbie and Tamara.

We visited Greenock as part of a full day wine tour of the Barossa with Small Batch Wines. A range of very impressive red’s, and reasonably priced. We bought a few to take home, and will come back here again on our next visit to the Barossa.

We came back to Barossa to see the new Greenock Creek cellar door. We did miss the little underground cellar but great to see them expanding. Same amazing wine choices. So hard to pick which few to take home. Loved the cottage next door too - a fantastic place to stay. Can’t recommend highly enough. Really hope whoever buys the business keeps up the great work.
