A bit out of the way but....

You might find this worth the drive, but.....all the action is on the other side of the island. This is a taxi cab away and is a bit of a hike. Was nice but not a must do.

Cool pool, worth the short hike, stay on the trail. You need shoes for the hike. Check out the poison tree, there are signs.

The Bubbly Pool is a short hike from the dock and worth the time. Swim in a pool fed by the ocean coming through a rocky passage.

After snorkeling our instructor took us to the Bubbly Pool. The seas were fairly calm so the "bubbly pool" was not too bubbly. However, there is Foxy's Taboo ( satellite of Foxy's) bar near the trailhead...what else can I say...a couple of Presidente's and some Gin and tonics; life is good

My advice is to check the tides and go here at high tide to get the full effect. At low tide it's pleasant enough, but basically all you'll do is soak in the water.

Friends and I were at the Bubbly POOL north swell be-carefull it was fun! If there is a north Swell don't go in too deep. Also don't climb on the loose rocks they will tumble down! FUN and the hike takes about 15 min from Foxy's Taboo. Easy hike only two areas where it's a little akward. Easy hike over... More

It's about a third mile walk from Foxy's Taboo, and it's good when the waves are just right. Our wonderful boat captain walked us out there, it's not a straightforward path, so you'd be best to have someone who knows the way walk with you there. If the north swells are too crazy it can be dangerous and people have... More

Stumbled upon the Bubbly Pool and Foxy's Taboo in 2000 for my wife's BDay! Can't wait to be back there again this March!

We sailed in and moored at the Taboo. After about a half mile walk over dirt trail and rocks we arrived. Water crashing through sea coast rocks leaving a small pool for sitting. Nice but not overwhelming. We stayed 30 minutes and moved on. Interesting high rock views of crashing surf and rock formations.
