Love coming to Lewisporte to visit and walking around the boardwalk. Haven't been disappointed yet! Great view and usually beavers can be seen. Highly recommend the walk!

Tip: If you want to do the boardwalk only, park up near pond road (no parking lot) and start from that direction. If you go the other way, you have to pay an entrance fee to get into the campground. It's not a big fee....More

The Woolfreys Pond Trail/Boardwalk is about 2.2km. It's sort of a loop...you don't have to retrace your steps. You can park your vehicle nearby (not really designated parking but you won't get towed) and the walk the boardwalk. It's also wheelchair accessible. The walk has...More

Woolfrey's Pond is lovely. The boardwalk is absolutely beautiful. It's about 3km around the pond, and is stroller-friendly (I'm thinking it's technically wheelchair accessible as well, but it may be a little bumpy in a few places). The little beach area on the pond is...More

This is an excellent little park located in the center of town on a very nive pond with a walking trail and totally encompasses the pond, with several offshoot board walks into the woods that lead to great "look-out" locations. Electricity and water are on...More
