This was our first visit to the Brookside and rest assured it won't be the last. We arrived at 19:10 to see the Good Intent Musical which was about one heroic deed by an American Spitfire pilot that changed the lives of the people of Havering...More

Just seen a fantastic show, The Good Intent at a lovely theatre in Romford, The Brookside Theatre. The staging, acting and music was amazing for a local production ( Or even a West End production for that matter). The staff who were all volunteers were...More

A great, warm, friendly theatre. You are always welcomed in with open arms by Jai and Harri, the managers. I'll definitely be going back!

I was very impressed by this little and friendly theatre in the middle of Romford. The Production team provides every month great entertainment dedicated to Tributes, Comedies and Playes. The Sound and the Lightning is very good and the act I saw was illustrated by...More

Great little theatre. Very cosy and intimate. Felt part of the action. Chatted to the ‘boss’ Jai, as well as his wife Harri and they couldn’t have been nicer. Very helpful. Tickets delivered quickly. Can’t wait to go back. Well done guys

This is a wonderful intimate little venue and really feels like a heart of the local community. The theatre is entirely staffed by volunteers and nothing seems like to much effort for them... in fact the service was probably better than most west end theatre...More
