Always a gorgeous walk is had when walking around Chesworth Farm. Plenty of bird life and animals to be spotted, lovely river/woodland/farmland tracks, most of it buggy-friendly. And gorgeous views too.

Well worth a visit - plenty of different tracks for walking, varied wild-life to see - animals, plants, birds, etc. Some paths have been treated so that some of the farm is wheel-chair friendly.More

This was a working farm and still is in some respects. The large, named fields are mainly grass and wild flowers with clear paths through them. Look for Jenny Barelegs, for instance. Great for dog-walkers and for tiring out exuberant young children - and grandparents,...More

I walk both my dogs here regularly, it's such a great place with enough space to avoid other walkers if you have a nervous/reactive dog allowing you time to build on your dog socialisation at your dog's pace. Shared space with horse riders, walkers, families,...More

Came here for a dog walk and to take some pictures with my new camera. Was a lovely walk up to a waterfall and along some marshes. Can't wait to see it in the summer. Hopefully more wildlife too. Good walk with the dog.

Had some lovely walks here, pretty views and some paths have helped for the wet weather!! I think if they want the dog poo picked up it needs many more bins....! The cows and their pats drive me crazy but I guess it’s their home!!

Much loved green oasis - popular with walkers (& dogs!), cyclists, runners, artists and nature lovers. Hope they NEVER build on this land. Lots of public footpaths across fields and through wooded areas. Great views over town from highest points. Friends group organises walks and...More
