It as our first night in London and we'd been up nearly 30 hours, still, we wanted to sample fish and chips before finally succumbing to sleep. We took a chance on this wonderful place, and LOVED it. Fish and chips were excellent, so was...More

This review might duplicate a previous one I as I'm unsure if the original review was submitted. If so apologies. The staff are excellent, they are unfailingly polite and professional. The pub is always very clean and the decor is magnificent. However, the pub's biggest...More

Cosy, traditional pub near top of the famous hill. Clientelle quite posh, but food reasonable considering, and good quality. Good range of beers too.

Rubbish, Sunday roast day, Beef , Lamb, Pork, Chicken all sold out, only two desserts and run out of cheese and biscuits, very poor and not the first time. The only good thing was the beer.

Lovely roast dinner, kids roast available. Beef cooked to perfection. Wife had the trout, really tasty and well cooked. Excellent service, friendly, helpful staff. A very pleasant meal in nice surroundings.😃

This is a brilliant gem in Harrow. Located in a brilliant spot, although parking is an issue, the food is top! They have pub quiz nights too which is a bonus and you're looking for a good laugh.

The pub itself is pleasant as are the staff and the garden in good weather is great. For a pub, the menu isn't particularly good, trying to be different but is expensive and portion sizes not great.

If you want a proper pub, rather than a hell hole of volume made lager and you are in Harrow then this is the place to go. The beer is fullers so you know what you are getting, and the food is good.
