Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

February 24, I visited Rosada together with my family. It was a rainy day and not much visitors in the outlet centre. In such conditions you expect a hospitable atmosphere but at the stores WMF and especially Ecco the first remark of the sales ladies was to notice the mouth mask was still required, at WMF somewhat rude and at Ecco very rude. Mind you that the next day(!), February 25 the mask isn't mandated anymore, only on a voluntary base.
This was the first time in more than a decade that we visited Rosada, and coming from above the rivers in NL, experiencing people of Brabant in the past as very warm and welcome, we totally didn't expect that. We really came to spend some money, but because we didn't felt welcome we left after something more than 2 hours.
Big ups to the sales ladies from Samsonite, Le Creuset, and Manfield. They really understand how to treat customers.
Because we noticed that Rosada is somewhat more expensive than Bataviastad, and knowing that the Service Level is way better in Bataviastad, we drove there afterwards to have a really nice time and spend the rest of our budget.
My advice therefore is to visit Bataviastad if you have a choice, it's cheaper and they know better how to treat customers (and no I don't have any participations in Bataviastad whatsoever ;-) )
Let's try it again in the next decade.

Outlet was good for breaking the way back from Den Bosch to Ghent. There are several stores with brands and luckily we received a discount slip with five -10% discount coupons with the teacher card. I could use a discount voucher in the Columbia store, at Haribo candy and La place. That made shopping a little more fun. Parking cost us €4.

Centre has a reasonable selection of brands, looks well maintained and has a few places selling food and drinks.
beyond the regular clothing and shoes there is also a jewelry outlet. There was sufficient parking available on the weekday we were there, not sure if it is enough on a busy weekend.

this is an outlet only opened in 2017 and hence not that many shops opened. Still there are some good choices of brands for shopping.

This is a big mall with variety of brands.
We did a good shopping there as we saw good discounts.
However, it is quite far from city (about 2 hours drive). You need to spare a day for this mall.

Very nice building, the place looks nice, clean, easy to walk through, easy to access with public transport. Furthermore, there is enough parking space. First 30 minutes free parking, after that 2 Euros for parking.
The place itself has some nice shops, but not great. Levi's, Nike etc. It's not that big either, so it won't take you all day.

Good outlet but not so much choice. The Nike shop surprised me with various goods, with reasonable prices. So I would go there for sport clothing and supplies in the future.

The mall is okay, but it is definitely not outlet-priced. Even with the discount, some up to 30-40% if not more, the price is still higher than what you can find online, with any random website. This is really an important consideration for the shops and the mall as a whole: it should be unacceptable that any price in the store is higher than its online-price. Especially when it's advertised as "SALE", "AMAZING DISCOUNTS", etc. This gives a really sick feeling, which I've had before at some shops not at this mall: you buy a nice looking pen for EUR 30, and then find out it's EUR 10 online.
So that begs the question: why would you buy anything here? Honestly, I only go there to try on things and then buy them online. Please also understand: if you buy online you can always retour within 14 days, most websites have a free retour service, no questions asked. Especially when the item itself is faulty. This is in contrast to the shops at this mall. I bought a shirt at Society Shop I believe, or Suit Supply. The right arm of the shirt ripped in half at the point of the elbow, after like 2-3 months. It ripped perfectly in half. So that's obviously a faulty product. The owner of the shop, or its manager, only accepted giving me a new shirt after a long argument. So no money back. If you would buy something at any of the big online shops, they would never start a massive discussion about this. They would understand that you won't buy from then again for a long time.
The prices at suit supply and society shop have also become ridiculous; a blazer used to cost like EUR 150-200 max 7 years ago. Now it all starts at EUR 350-450 if not more, regardless of the material. If you buy a blazer in some other country, it can range from EUR 100-200 max. So the markup on some of these products is insane, because you know that they buy those things abroad, from Vietnam or Indonesia. The prices are so insane that if you would have to buy a wardrobe for work, it would be better to fly to Vietnam or Indonesia for a holiday for a couple weeks (costing like EUR 3k for the flight, hotels and an amazing time), and buy 3 custom suits (EUR 300 there - like EUR 2k here ), 3 custom blazers (EUR 200 there - like EUR 1,5k here), and your holiday would be for free lmao.

We went there today (23/07) and we were SO disappointed! We got the tip from friends that it would be so nice to visit, loads of shops and amazing prices.
Well, let me tell you: DO NOT GO! It’s the most boring outlet in The Netherlands, super small, not a lot of shops at all. The prices are average (not cheap, or OUTLET)
The parking is also SUPER crowded, as well as the outlet itself. It’s just super small and crowded.
If you want to go to a nice big outlet, go to Bataviastad in Lelystad. It’s much bigger and better.

Hi, do you sell Miu Miu bags? I went to the one in Roermond and they didn’t have the one I was looking for. Thank you in advance.

Hi Tiny,
Unfortunately we don't have a Miu Miu shop either. There is also no shop present in our centre that sells this brand.
I'm very sorry.

Wij hebben onze hond vorige week meegenomen (kwamen terug van vakantie). Dat ging prima. Hij mocht in de meeste winkels mee naar binnen. Er is een speciale hondendrinkplaats in het midden van het outlet center.
