Puerto Calero is always a must for us when we are in Lanzarote. It is a lovely afternoon out from Playa Blanca, good restaurants and excellent scenery.

Lovely quiet place to stroll or eat or just have a coffee . Walks along the coast in both directions. A haven of peace after Puerto del Carmen.

You can walk ,buses run around every 30 minutes but are very unreliable. The water bus is better ,and more enjoyable. If you wished you could even walk.
