We walked from our hotel in Cala Millor. The walk was not too strenuous and the ground was good. the castle was interesting with good views from the top, even though its not very tall. We went in Feb but it was still a great day for walking, sea breeze, clear blue skies meant hats were still needed The rocks... More

A wonderful area of countryside between Cala Millor and Sa Coma. So close to the resorts, but so peaceful and restful, with lovely shaded paths, plants, wildlife and birdsong. The castle is very interesting, with great views from the top, and there is a café below it. One of our favourite places to walk in Mallorca.

We spend a lot of time either in the Seot, Sa Coma, Cala Millor or Cala Bona area and the walk up to the Fort, from either side, in one of our favourite days out as we always take it in after walking the mentioned resorts. Thue beer is always cold and the food well cooked and prepared at the... More

The surrounding area of the peninsula offers lots of options for walking and this spot is great for refreshments. Nice views, large baguettes and plenty of tables. Dropped a star for missing lock on toilet door and their unfortunate resident parrot tied to a post and looking bored out of his brain.

We stayed in Sa coma and took a walk through the park to the watch tower. We started of on the main path and although a nice walk a little way in we ventured of the main path down towards the sea on the smaller tracks. This was the right thing to do as you get the opportunity to walk... More

We walked up to the castle and had a look round inside, very nice views from the top. Only one staircase, very tight, so during busy times may be a bit of a nuisance. The cafe right next to it is pleasant. Had a coffee on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and it was a lovely little excursion. Just watch... More

We left this walk to our last day, but we could have found a different trail to follow each day of the week. It's only a mile from Sa Coma beach to the old watchtower, with some pine woods offering limited shade en route. You can get there by bike, donkey cart, horse, bike, even Segway, but walking was best... More

Discovered the walk up to the castle accidently and so glad we did, had a lovely time taking in the beautiful views. Was so glad to see somewhere to eat and drink once at the top,. We sat and had drinks and a snack, really is beautiful, if we had been more prepared we might have walked down the other... More
