Walked into the town from Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy and found it was a lovely typical Spanish village. Lots of cafes to sit and watch the world go by and listen to the locals and relax.

Nice church and old town but nothing very special. Silent lazy town, you can visit if are around, to sit for a coffee or wine.

Took the train to Manacor whilst staying in Palma. The journey was pleasant enough with the excitement of changing trains halfway through as the line is not fully electrified. Manacor itself is sleepy enough - especially during siesta time. We had a very pleasant easy...More

Given all the charming and beautiful towns and villages to visit on Mallorca, Manacor is not at the top of my list. For want of a better phrase, it is 'low class' and uninteresting. There may be some nice areas but we didn't find them....More
