    Beautiful and not so crowded.
There are several caves to visit in Majorca and we decided to visit Cuevas de Arta. This is with a guided tour and you can buy tickets at the entrance. The wait for the tour was 10-15 min and we were not so many, i.e. not overly crowded. The guide spoke several languages and was very informative. The cave is beautiful and I can highly recommend to visit this place. We liked this tour as this is not a half or whole day tour as some of the other caves.

    Very good, not very crowded
Easy access by car. You should park in the Parking area that is about 200m bellow the caves. Don't try to enter with the car in the caves... The visit it's about 30/45min, it's guided and included a Light and Sound show. High recommended.

    The best caves
Amazing. Had visited caves of Drach previous week. Theses are the best caves, massive stalagmites/tites you go around in a small group with a guide giving a commentary and will answer your questions. Jordi (Georgi) was our guide excellent throughout. If you are arriving by bus it's 15 minutes walk, up lots and lots of steps, rough terrain path if by the sea.

    Caves D 'arta
Excellent destination . Amazing guide who gave fantastic commentary . The light show was awesome ! Just to say if you go by bus the route isn't clearly marked . You can go coastal route bit treacherous or take the steps opposite the bus stop and the turn right at the top follow road round take about 15 mins. There is small coffee shop and toilets there . But fantastic visit

Conveniently located just outside of Canyamel on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Very impressive network of caves. Takes about 1 hour to visit. The price at Euro 15 per person is not cheap, but not overpriced either given the involvement of a guide and the extent of the caves. Amazing formations within the cave. Well lit with an easy and well lit path throughout. A bit of up and down via stairs, but manageable. Well worth the visit.

Standing in front of the imposing entrance of Cuevas de Arta, I had no idea of what was expecting me. As we entered the caves, I was deeply impressed. The caves are huge and full of metres long dripstones. Most of them grow from the ceiling, some also from the floor and you actually see and feel the water droping down from them. The dripstones take very interesting forms - with a bit of fantasy, you will see animals, faces and much more. Not having visited a similar place before, I was very impressed by Cuevas de Arta and would highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature and is interested in getting to know the "other side" of Mallorca!

Visited Cuevas del Drac and de Artá on the same day. Out of these 2 I would definitely choose Cuevas de Artá. In Artá the tour size is smaller and the guide actually tells you facts, albeit little, about the caves. In Drac you are just guided through the caves among +50 others.

Read the reviews and thought it would be better to go here than one of the pre booked cave tours. I’m not sure if it was the time of day we went (11am) or what but the “tour” was packed, between 40/50 adults and at least 15 children. The kids where noisy which is just fine as they are kids, but the adults just spoke over the guide who was fantastic and spoke 4 languages. The caves themselves where great, I’d do a bit of research before you go that way you will have much more of an understanding about them. The light show is just a way of slowing down the tour and really uninteresting. Worth a look but maybe go first thing or later in the afternoon to avoid the crowds.

We visited the Coves d'Artá in September 2021 and based on a review I had read, we were expecting that they would only take cash. Sadly I had forgotten to go to the ATM when we were near our Airbnb, so we walked all the way down the hill from the parking area to what appears to be the only ATM in town, attached to an Eroski, only to find the ATM wasn't dispensing any cash. We walked all the way back up the hill and just wanted to check if they took cards before giving up, but it turned out they totally accepted cards all along. I payed with contactless using Apple Wallet and it was a breeze. If you don't have cash on hand, don't waste your time trying to get cash like I did!

Upon buying our tickets, we only had to wait 20 min until the next tour started and the visit was very nice. There were not too many people in our group. Expect stairs and just walking through a cave with a guide who speaks Spanish, German, and English. A nice light and music show in one of the areas in the cave. Photos allowed as long as you don't use a flash. Some amazing mineral formations and natural history. Lots of black soot staining the cave from the torches used in tours starting in the 1800s, prior to electric lights being used on the tours. We enjoyed the tour and it was a nice Goldilocks amount of time--recommend!

Impressive place, worth to visit. I found here review, that tickets are only by cash, but now there is possibility to pay by card. Tickets are litlle expensive, 15eur per person. There is a guide as well included in price. The tour takes around 30minutes. Inside is about 17'C degree

Fantastic caves, jaw dropping stalactites and stalagmites, one of best we have ever been in and we’ve seen plenty around the world. Great experience inside the cave with atmospheric music at one point. Our guide, William, was brilliant, speaking in three languages. So glad we went inside for the guided tour and didn’t just climb the outside steps. Well worth the 15 euros.
