Beautiful Church, carved by monks Amazing views of the city down the hill, and ocean some very amazing old stuff at the end of church as a small museum ...please do donate your change as it will help the church

When all the sightseeing becomes too much, take time out to sit here in an atmosphere of calm and respect. All visitors talk in hushed tones as if aware that there is an aura here which must not be disturbed

Easily accessible and interesting little grotto containing church dedicated to the local saint. One does however wonder if it's been slightly overdone for us tourists.

A mildly interesting grotto in the centre of the village. It is dedicated to the patron saint of Mijas, Had to tell what is part of the original cave and what has been added over the years. Interesting story but most of the guide notes...More

This small and interesting attraction is located centrally in Mijas - making it easily accessible. We would fully recommend a visit.

Don't just take photos from the outside or the entrance go in and around the corner you will be surprised at what you'll find and it's free

The chapel is worth of visit. It locates on a beautiful lookout spot. It is also possible to have your wedding there as we did.

Please note that the observation deck is always open. Siesta is observed. The chapel is open from approximately 6-7 pm in the evenings. More hours may be available in the mornings.
