pretty church

Big fan of this church, especially the dead Jesus in the glass coffin. Situated very near a tapas bar that served some great octopus.

Gorgeous church in the middle of Mojacar village. It is well worth a visit. Perfectly decorated. Virgin dressed in fabulous robes.

The church is situated in the heart of the village. It has beautiful stone walls and the steps leading up to it do not even hint at the spectacular inside. The inside is beautiful with a very grand painted Jesus overlooking his flock. I would highly recommend visiting the church, you will not be disappointed.

A small well kept church, well decorated, very simple with statues, pictures and only two windows which are of stained glass.

What a lovely place to visit, although i am not particularly religious i felt quite moved by the beautiful little chapel. We even got to light little electric candles for our departed loved ones.It is beautifully kept, and surrounded by some quaint little shops and homes. It is well worth a visit, full of charm, and it did fill me... More

I enjoy visiting churches when I visit old towns. This one is a modest church with Muriel's and statues I always light a candle. Free and welcoming to visit. It's a functioning church with services on Wednesday evening and Sunday's. You can get buses up there at night too.
