Probably the best view on the city from here. At the same time you can admire the monastery to which this outlook belongs.

The climb in Porto is strenuous but the cable car takes you effortlessly from river level to the top of Gaia. The views on the way up and at the top are fabulous. Once at the top you can walk across the high level bridge...More

This monastery viewpoint has even more spectacular views than the upper deck of the bridge. From here you can see both the bridge and the old Ribeira district in the same view.

It is a breathtaking landscape. The Douro River joining Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto is one of the wonders of Northern Portugal. Great place to take pictures

If in Porto you should climb the steps and walk the bridge to Via Nova de Gala and this viewing point with oprovides outstanding views of the river and Porto.

Just over Jardim do Morro, this is the higher place to see over Porto city river and tree of the four bridges.

Visiting Porto and not going to Serra do Pilar is like going to Paris without going to the Eiffel Tower. This is a must to visit specially by the end of the day to enjoy the view from Porto and the Sunset. Priceless...
