This Quinta is located off the Douro on a side river. The place is located on the side of a hill. The terraces are amazing. We were there during harvest time. The port was very good. The service wasn’t so good.

Visited the vineyard at the end of July as a part of a private tour. Really beautiful winery and the port wine tasting with the most relaxing scenery were excellent! Bought also a few bottles to bring home :).
From the main road you will see the sign. Just keep going up hill. Park below what appears to be a house ( large blue P ) , walk up the stairs. Booking is not needed.
They close for lunch about 1pm.

While the views here are awesome that's where the compliments end.... Greeted with a snarl, no structured tasting options... you choose individually priced ports to taste (which are v expensive vs buying a bottle)... no description or background provided.
