Stopped by to see the etched Bricks

We stopped by today to see the memory bricks at the East entrance at the S.B.Ballard Stadium. They did a wonderful job on the ODU layout. We could not be happier with the placement of our brick.

Update meeting with ODAF at S B Ballard Stadium

We attended the event held by ODAF and the Football coaches. They had a good turnout for the update. It is still on schedule.

Getting Replaced

The home of ODU football, Forman Field is a charming old stadium that will be completely rebuilt this offseason. Go Blue!

Historic stadium

When I was a student at ODU, this stadium was heavily used by the ODU Army ROTC program. Physical exercise would be done up and down the stadium bleachers and the occasional muster would take place in Foreman Field. Foreman Field was convenient for Army ROTC since the headquarters for cadre was adjacent to the stadium. Rappelling drills would take place down the side of Foreman Field. It's an eye-pleasing stadium and I'm not sure if plans for expansion will alter it's original appearance.
