Good access and near parking. A lot of space even in August. Do not have showers working. The WC is not near the beach. It belong to the near restaurant.

Trafal is actually next to Vale de lobo. But hey! They all run into one long stretch next to each other. This is as good as any other beach stretching from Faril to Vilamoura. Just be warned though if you have toddlers when the tide is turning and its a bit windy the waves can get very choppy, and the beach is very steep. I was once dragged fifty yards down the beach with my shorts round my ankles much to my daughters amusement.

Used the beach for part of my holiday run but glad I didn't use it to bathe and it smelt pretty bad. couldn't work out if there was a sewage treatment nearby or if it was coming in from the sea, although the hotel beach I used didn't smell.Beach itself was clean and sandy. Some shingle now and then.
