I have to be honest. I generally hate wine tours. Folks sitting around talking about stuff I don’t care about.
Is the wine to your taste or not? That’s what matters to me.
This was waaaay different. Great tour with a kick back wine maker. No pretentious attitude just “here is my wine, here is my vineyard, and I hope you enjoy”. It was perfect. There were some tour folks who asked some technical questions and he was happy to oblige.
We got to order wine and he would ship it back to our home countries with no problem.
We all went with our hostess from accidental tourist and had a lovely time. I will take my wife and guests next time for sure.
Go and have a visit.
By the way..... wine is AWESOME!
