Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is presented as a sort of museum. In fact, it is a Trullo which has remained in its initial state (with its furniture...). For a very modest entrance fee, his visit enlightens you on the city of yesteryear. What's more, it's the only Trullo with one floor. To do. it will take you 30 to 40 minutes.

Pathetic, a lot of publicity for nothing. The
The place was very crowded and very dirty, like the rest of the village. Furthermore, no clear explanations are provided other than a couple of faded panels. In general the village is not worth it, it is as famous as it is disappointing.

Entrance 2 euros with regular receipt and possibility of paying with cards. Unique 2-storey trullo. inside rooms furnished as in the past. Small signs to explain what life was like inside the trullo. The kitchen with the large fireplace and the bedroom are interesting. Small shop at the entrance exit with interesting traditional Apulian cookbooks. 2 euros can be invested.

The trullo is particular by its size and beautiful. Howeven, I tought we would not only have information about this trullo but also about trullos in general. It was not the case. Informations is a little bit uninteresting according to me... some descriptions about what they eat, where they sleep, etc.

Very charming museum , has lots to see and gives a perfect understanding of what was living inside many years ago. Ten entry price was only 1.50 euros per person, so very affordable and reasonable for what you get ..

It's 2 Euro to enter, but well worth it, This is a magnificent trullo, and very informative of the whole trullo aesthetic. Don't forget to get a coffee and pastry next door at Dulcis!

Take your time in visiting this little gem of history. For 1 1/2 € you can get a very good education in the ancestry of the Truilli’s and Alberobello. The house is reconstructed inside so that you can see how the inhabitants lived. Take enough time to read the various explanations (in English) in each room.

It’s one of the bigger trullis and has a first floor which makes it special. The interior gives one an idea of how the locals would have lived sometime ago.
Doesn’t take too long to visit-30minutes or so.
Cost 1.50euros.
Little wine shop at the back with tables outside if you like to take it the surroundings with some vino.

Enjoyed this visit to Trullo Sovrano. The largest trullo around and lots of interesting features. You have to visit this place once at Alberobello.

This museum is a must visit when in Alberobello. It is the only Trullo with a livable 2nd floor. It is a self-guided tour, but the docents that were on duty when we visited were most helpful and informative and answered all our questions. The museum is well worth the admission price. Each room has an example of Trulli life. Even the garden has exhibits, including an outhouse. Well worth stopping to visit.
