This unbelievable castle is quite an exciting and interesting visit. It's history and architecture are outstanding. The views of Ischia add to the enjoyment of the experience. It could use more brochures explaining many of the features. A guide would be helpful also.

The Aragonese Castle is the most intriguing place in Ischia. The view s are simply gorgeous and there is a lot to see. There are always interesting art exhibitions in some rooms. The burial cript of the monastery is quite impressive.

Well worth a visit. Stunning views of the island, and some really interesting buildings and history around. It was really lovely and quiet in October.

Coming to Ischia by hydrofoil, you see a wonderful castle. We walked from the port to explore, stopping to quench our thirst on the way !! The castle is just about impregnable, reached by a narrow bridge and set high on a rock- great views...More
