If staying in or near Sant’Angelo, a day trip to Maronti beach is suggested. Take the boat taxi from Sant’ Angelo port, €4 one way, and in around 8 minutes you land on the beach, feet first into the water. The beach is lined with...More

Took bus to here from North of Island. Various private sections to the beach with small cafes associated with them. Cost of 2 sunbeds and parasol was 13 euros. I thought it was 30 and gave the guy 30 but he declined and insisted 13....More

Super wide beach with numerous of lovely cafes and a stunning view from the coast. Got there on a rainy day, but it turned out like weather painted the sky and the sea into absolutely fantastic colors!

Quick review. We saw all of Ischia in 5-days. This is the best beach. Best views. Least crowded. Great food at the cafes. It does have fine gravel type sand. Take the #5 bus from the port.

Only 15 minutes from Ischia Porto by taxi. Great place for a day in the sun. The beach also has easy access to Sant'Angelo.

A very nice beach. We reached it from Ischia by changing buses at St. Angelo. So we saw the St. Angelo Peninsula from both sides. Maronti beach is a well developed beach with a lot of properties on it. Good beach. Nice waves flowing in....More

This beach is on the other side of the island to Ischia port but can be reached by the excellent bus service. It is very long and has numerous beach restaurants all with sunbeds to hire.

Yeah I've booked. Go on direct ferries, cost us €51 for a return for two people. The ferry is cheaper than the hydrofoil but still carries foot passengers. Takes about an hour!
