The chateau is a gem in French Gothic style, built around the 15th Century. In the 1980s it was acquired by ISKCON, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness and has been used as a temple, ashram and college. The beauty of it that the complete change of function did not harm the aristocratic charm of the building which used to... More

We went for the summer Holi festival. For me it was the first time and I was surprised how beautiful the surrounding of the castle is. There is an excellent restaurant, a shop, an exhibition and a temple of Lord Krishna. The hotel is clean and neat and not expensive. The atmosphere is serene, a place for anyone to feel... More

We had been to the Radhadesh, a Château run by the Hare Krishna foundation in Belgium recently The place is a quiet, serene place where you will find not only people of Indian origin but also other visitors thronging the venue. Don't forget to taste the vegetarian fare on offer in the restaurant which was pretty OK too.

Interesting place ... beautifull castle & nicely located. When visiting, go to eat something in the cafetaria for delicious vegetarian cuisine.

If you want to wander around in another reality and if you are interested in the Hare krishna, definately a visit worth while. Friendly staff, interesting things to see and taste. I visit the castle years and years ago, several times, as a teenager as well as an adult. Always surprised by the new things I discovered and the scents... More

This was such an amazing experience. The kids were thrilled about staying in a real castle and we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the beautiful temple and building to the bakery and restaurant to the gorgeous walks in nature. Great boutique as well! One of our favorite experiences on our European tour with something for everyone in the family.
