You can taste all the chocolate and liqueur before you buty all are excellent. It's hard to decided on one so we bought about 6.

Yes, they make chocolate in nicaragua! And this is a showcase for the delights of the crop! A beautiful showcase of their products, a cafe, restaurant and I believe , out back, a hotel with court yard and swimming pool. So cool!

I really loved this place. Super central and the major perk being a massive discount on spa treatments if you are staying at the hotel making the spa very cheap. Good breakfast too.
