A very average tourist attraction.. The Ganga is the only beauty which you can look at from the bridge..

Nothing great - its just a high traffic pedestrian connection between 2 banks of the river. You cannot chill or take photos due to high volume of people and cows on the bridge. Made worse by 2-wheelers trying to cross too

Good view. you can roam around . There’s a market nearby. You can do boating also. Lots of options for dining available nearby.

The laxman jhula is amazing, beautiful view, great experience walking on the suspension bridge, bit crowded though but people manage it well, childhood wish to walk on laxman jhula came true, nice and clean

In October November badrinath doors will be closed by then. Howrah exp. runs daily from Kolkata to haridwar. You can still visit Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie and other nearby places.
