Visited the Lee Chapel and Museum during the first weekend in June. All museum staff were helpful and friendly and ready to answer any questions. The actual museum is chocked full of personal and military items from the era. Was surprised (and surprisingly saddened) to...More

We visit every time we come to Lexington. Interesting guide in chapel; lovely museum downstairs. Tribute to a great man who loved Virginia.

This is one of the oldest institutions for learning in our Country. The grounds were nice. If you're not already in the area, I'd say don't plan a trip here. If you're in the area already, it's a nice stop.

Definitely worth a visit. The history provided is excellent. Shows what a great and spiritual man Robert E Lee was. More should be done to promote this hallowed place. We took about an hour there. Could have stayed longer.
