It is a nice and fairly easy walk. It must have had some rain before I went as it wasn't completely dry. I was able to see a fair number of birds, which is always a plus. Nice views considering it isn't that difficult.

We booked a hike through the hidden valley gorge, which took us through the gorge and eventually terminated at the Cascades Golf Course. The guide was informative and the hike was great.
