Day trip with my 8 yr old son. The weather was perfect and great for being outside to enjoy a lot of walking. The animals were visible and well kept. The staff and volunteers were very knowledgable and helpful. There were quite a few school groups touring. Purchased home made preserves from the country store. Good trip for young who... More

A fun and interesting place to go with young children. Lots of farm animals, old farm equipment to view, "hands on" interests for the kids, wagon rides, and an old fashion merry-go-round to ride.

The park is a depression era farm. It has several out buildings, antique farm implements, a variety of farm animals, and fields of crops. It also is a venue for the local 4-h fair. There are riding rings and completions with different animals from all over the area. It is a great place to take the kids and the grandparents.... More

My grandson is now nine years old. When he was younger we enjoyed many an afternoon. Now, my granddaughter is 2.5 years old, and we continuing the afternoon tradition of visiting the animals and the playground. Pigs, goats, chickens, rabbits, cows and horses. All wonderment to the kids. The playground, carousel and tractor rides are great. This will suffice for... More

It has a carousel, open air rides pulled by a tractor, a country store and all kinds of farm animals to include plow horses, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, bunnies, peacocks and ducks. The last time we were there pigs, sheep and cows had just given birth. additionally the... More

Great park with lots of farm animals. Really like the interaction and experience kids get by watching each of the animals in their habitat. When we visited the weather was slightly cool and the peacock was graciously dancing and entertaining a huge crowd. Tractor ride around the park looked like a fun option but it has a long waiting period... More
