What a fascinating workshop! The variety of designs, machines, craftspeople, and workmanship make this a highlight of a visit to Harrisonburg! The unique jewellery designs have to be seen to be believed. Definitely a city asset.

If you enjoy "old" period jewelry and design, the free look and explanations in the showroom are probably enough for you. The tour is for the REALLY interested craftsperson or historian. Otherwise, it begins to run together.

Very interesting pieces that resemble old times jewelry. The people who work there are very helpful and the pieces very pretty!

Wasn't sure what to expect from this experience. Not much going on in the shop area but interesting information from the store staff.

Wandered into this Jewelry Museum in a converted ice house in Harrisonburg, VA, and was pleasantly surprised. Never really thought about how jewelry was made. Interesting equipment and beautiful jewelry. Plan to reutrn for a tour next time.

The jewelry was beautiful; and the history of the building and equipment for making precious metal jewelry was very interesting. The intricacy of the work, the filigree designs on most all of the rings, pendants, bracelets was stunning. Unlike anything else i've ever seen.
