Did you know Hampton is the SECOND oldest city in the country?? (The oldest is St. Augustine FL.) This place has so much history I never knew about. Take a tour!

The museum is centrally located and focuses on local history dating back to before the original colony was settled. There is lots to see and lots to learn. Plan to spend about two hours - and don't miss the second floor!

The presentation of the relics and history in this museum are wonderful. You will enjoy each exhibit. If you are in Hampton don't miss it.

Wow! Slavery is more than black & white. This helped explain the green of the situation. Helen & the other staff were fantastic. The sea to the stars pass is worth buying if you'll be in the area more than one day.
