This quirky little place is about as fun as it gets for the beer connoisseur. Charming and knowledgeable staff, fantastic beer and adding every day to the museum part. A fun addition to Front Royal for local and tourist alike.

What do lawyers do after successful country practice? Why research and create a Beer Museum dedicated to state beers. Awesome.

If you touring around Front Royal walking the Main streets then walk a block back to Chester Street for this tongue in cheek museum. It's a beautiful old home converting several rooms devoted to telling some Virginia oriented history about beer. Upstairs they have a...More

Happened upon the Beer Museum during the Halloween party. Outdoor band, dancing, taco food truck outside and beer and beer memorabilia inside this museum is definitely not your normal museum. Yes, kids are welcomed. Beer expensive, but hey, the music and party were free.

On behalf of museum board, I apologize for your inconvenience. There has only been one occasion that the museum was not open by 4:00 p.m. on a Thursday and that was on October 26, 2017, when I and two other museum volunteers were subpoenaed to...More

Basically an old house with rooms sparsely decorated with historic photos and memorabilia. One of the front rooms holds a small bar with quite a few draft beer options, most tasty and strong! At $7 a beer that"s a good thing! Out back, however, is...More
