We had a great time. As we were walking in Tim was walking out. He stopped and talked for a long time. Couldn't have been nicer. We took pics and he signed bottles of Climax for us. Chuck came out too & agreed to stand with us for a pic. The tour was great. Cheryl was awesome and most knowledgeable... More

Saw signs for this spot on the highway. Divided to take a chance and it was well worth the stop. The guide took us all through the barns and showed us how everything was produced. Tried some great moonshine and was really impressed by the vodka. Can't wait to go back with some friends on a weekend with live music.

It's a nice drive down some roads with great scenery. The distillery tour was very interesting. Lots of history there. Picked up some craft spirits and was lucky to meet Tim Smith! All in all a great visit.

It's interesting to see how these folks do things and the tasting is fun. While the whisky is average, the various flavored moonshine is 5-star.

I have made several trips to Belmont Farms Distillery and everyone has been an adventure! The Welcome is always warm - and gets warmer with sampling. The topur through the facility is amazing from the huge mash containers right through the bottling process which uses machinery from 50 years ago and in to the aging barn... all led by the... More

We've seen Belmont Distillery on the TV show MOONSHINERS and since we were in the area a visit was in order. We stopped in on a weekday afternoon and got the full tour and tasting. The folks there were very friendly and happy to give us a tour of their operation. They take you through the entire process from grinding... More

I'm not a wine drinker, so the many wineries in the area were not a draw for me, but Belmont Farms sounded like a winner, and it definitely was! Getting to see the cookers, stills, and barrels of various alcohols was informative and fun. Our tour guide was lovely and we got to taste several varieties that they distill there... More

The staff was exceptional and the tour was well worth it! It was so interesting and fun to see how they distill! We bought some of the oak chips for our smoker and tried the varieties of whiskey...good stuff!
