Overview
More
King Family Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Crozet, Virginia just fifteen minutes from Charlottesville. The winery specializes in the production of ultra-premium wines that showcase the remarkable quality and terroir of the Monticello AVA. Beginning with carefully selected estate grapes, winemaker Matthieu Finot creates wines inspired by the old world, but are uniquely expressive of Virginia. Our passion is the customer, our craft is the wine. "When you visit our winery, you are coming to our home. We hope that you enjoy the fruits of our labor as much as we enjoy sharing them with you." -The King Family

A new vineyard with friendly staff (Allison). We enjoyed a tasting on our way to Wintergreen resort. I think we had 8 tastes for $12. You can buy wine to go also. A nice stop

My sister and I were here for a Birthday weekend. This vineyard has a laid back atmosphere, gorgeous scenery, and snacks to buy if you want to relax for longer. The staff was friendly and the wines are delicious.

Just spent an anniversary weekend enjoying wines along the Monticello Wine Trail. I had a handful of wineries in mind; although this wasn't one of them, it was recommended by the innkeeper at the B&B we were staying at. The location, buildings and views are...More
