I've had their beer before and liked it. Stopped by the brewery just to check it out because I was in the area. I did not do a tour, so I have no comment on that. The bartenders were knowledgeable and helpful. The flights is a really good price for 5 decent sized samplers. I will say that there is... More

Little off the beaten path (this is a good thing) .. about a 20 minute drive from Central Charlottesville and away from tourists. They had a TV behind the bar and offer flights of their beer. Parking seemed limited... they have a lot on premise for about 25 cars but not much else around there. Food Truck outside. No food... More

Try the tasting flight! You pick the ones you want to sample. Live music in a great venue. Will return when we are back in the area.

What a great brewery! We have visited here several times and have always enjoyed ourselves. They keep their core beers, but are constantly adding great options, such as mango- habanero IPA, who could pass one that!? It's worth driving out of your way!

A little out of the way for someone visiting in downtown C'Ville, but definitely worth the nice drive out to Crozet. Was quiet on this slow early Sunday afternoon, but it does look like the place can get hopping (no pun intended) during peak hours. I lucked out as the brewery was running a brief 20 minute tour of the... More

Hi Clemente, Thanks for your kind review. We're glad you had a good time in the Starr Hill Tap Room. We are focusing on IPAs this month as part of our "Hop On Tour" promotion, but we do have plenty of non-IPA options available, such as The Love Wheat Beer, Sublime Citrus Wit, and a Barrel-Aged Tripel. We are also... More

The folks at Starr Hill Brewery know what they are doing! The place has a very industrial, hip vibe. They have "roaming" food truck schedule with every weekend featuring a new and different food truck. It is all in a crossroads area - so because it is all pavement, the outside dining can be pretty uncomfortable in the summer months.... More

Stopped here on the way back from our wine tours. This is one of our favorite breweries, so was super excited to see it was on our route! I can't say enough about the beers here....so many good ones! I did buy a crowler of the Northern Lights IPA. The brewery itself had a really nice set up too. It... More

Nice stop on a weekend brewery tour. Indoor and outdoor seating, food available only when food trucks park outside.

Starr Hill is a bit of a drive off of 64. But it's beautiful country with winding roads. Crozet is a quaint town. Starr Hill has great beer. They consistently produce tasty brews. The tasting room gives off a warehouse/garage vibe. There is outside seating and nice bathrooms. There are plenty of events that happen at the brewery. They don't... More

This reveiw might not rave about this establishment, it is not ment to be derogatory! Drove over 30 minutes from Virginia Distillery to get here and was sorta let down by what i found, BUT you could consider this much like spots on the wine tasting tour, No food, bar seating or uncomfortable table seating again much like alot of...
