Nice tour and interesting. Reminded me of the one at the Cows Factory, in Charlottetown PEI in Canada. The ice cream is so delicious and we had a nice time. They have charge stations for electric cars, which was appreciated and we took advantage of...More

If you are a fan of B&J, then I would recommend to visit at least once. Tour is short, but you still get a small look at their process, and a sample of their ice cream.

Came here, as a side trip from Connecticut and Rhode Island, the tour costs 4.00, 3.00 if you're a senior. You get a 6 minute movie, on how it started, then they take you to a 8 step process (I think it was 8), on...More

Our family visited while staying in northern Vermont. What a great side trip. The tour guides, staff, and of course the ICE CREAM were all fantastic. Such a groovy place to stop by and spend some time. Scoop shop, souvenir shop, tour, and even the...More

If you're in the area its definitely worth visiting Ben & Jerry's. For $4 you get a short tour and a sample of ice cream. Unfortunately when we were there they were in the middle of the cleaning process so we didn't get to see...More

We took our first trip to Burlington VT a few weeks ago and decided to take a side trip to Ben & Jerry's. This really was a highlight of our quick mini trip. Kids get into the 30 minute tour free, and an adult is...More

Visited Ben & Jerry's and got on the 2pm tour with Mark. He was knowledgable and seemed happy to be doing his job, which is always a good sign! Really interesting to see the production line and learn that nothing is wasted and the company...More

We arrived early for the first tour at Ben and jerrys. The group was small and the tour guide was pleasant and funny... Not a long tour but long enough to see ice cream being packaged. Then a free sample. Not only do they have...More

Visited here while visiting family. It was very cute and inviting. Tour is not long, but you should do it once to learn about the history. Flavor of the day was Strawberry hibiscus and was absolutely delicious. Since we had a toddler with us, there...More

The best thing to do is call ahead. There are some days that you see the factory in full operation and others when you just stare out to a factory that's at a standstill.
Hello, we are staying in Burlington in a few weeks and are hoping to visit the factory. How would we get there using public transport? Thanks!

I did not see any public transportation or even signs for a bus stop. Ben and Jerry's is not IN the town of Waterbury, but close to it. Renting a car is the best solution. Go slow on the road to Ben and Jerry's. The sign... More
