I have spent many, many hours on the extensive trail network at Ole's. They have a fantastic range of ski rental equipment, friendly staff and the trails are very well cared for. You can ski through some of Vermont's most outstanding rolling farmland, small quite flat loops for beginners as well as much longer loops for the more adventurous. Highly... More

It's been a tough winter for XC in Vermont this winter but Ole's did a nice job with not much snow. The easy course around the airport and a meadow was suitable for both traditional and skate style skiing. The views were lovely and we spent a nice morning getting some exercise in the nice fresh air. The equipment was... More

They did a great job with grooming despite the little snow we had. They have some beautiful trails with great views. This makes for a nice way to spend some time doing something away from the ski resort.

Can't thank this area enough for helping out on our recent ski race event. A little scheduling snafu and they were able to pinch hit and time the race for us. Totally appreciated the above and beyond support!

We tried the snowshoeing trails on a blustery January day after a 2 inch snow the night before. We were concerned if we would be mud-shoeing or have enough snow. We were not disappointed at all. They asked how much time we had and they sent us on a 1 1/2 half hour jaunt which covered three miles. We covered... More

Even though I live in Vermont, this was my first experience on cross country skis. Ole’s is a good place to start and/or learn. The terrain is flat, the trails are well groomed, and it’s not crowded. Ole’s is located at the Warren Airport which is closed to air traffic in the winter. They use the terminal as an office... More

Great terrain, both open and wooded; great tracks, both for skating and classical; great views all around, both big (Sugarbush and Mad River) and small (farms, meadows, and streams). Terrific skiing in late March...loved it.

VERY well groomed trails. Beautiful scenery. The wife and I are snowshoe-ers and while there are a few nice snowshoeing trails, it's more an x-country ski place. That being said, it was still a great time. Easy going. Plenty of parking. Healthy food available. And it's quiet. Give yourself 3 to 4 hours to get it all in.

Jan 18 - Jan 22 / 2 beginners/intermediate -> First time of the year and we were very pleased with the scenic views, the trails and the service we had. Also, there's a nice small restaurant offering healthy snacks and lunches. A definite keeper around this area.
